Jincheongyujeom is a seasonal Korean restaurant located in the alleys of Yeonnam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. You can taste dishes made with sesame oil and perilla oil that are prepared daily in the restaurant. The signature menu includes perilla oil cold buckwheat noodles, seasonal bibimbap, brisket soup, beef thick soybean paste wrapped rice, grilled mackerel with fern risotto, Hanwoo beef tartare with seaweed gimbap, and smoked beef short ribs. Side dishes include pollock roe potato pancakes, cold boiled pork, and olbanggae-muk salad. The restaurant sells bottled sesame oil (200ml), perilla oil (200ml), and sets for retail purchase. The menu is available in six languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai, and can be enjoyed vegan and gluten-free. Corkage is also available. It is located an 8-10 minute walk from Exit 3 of Hongdae Station.
