고움
Seúl
Goum is a gomtang dining located near Yeoksam Station in Seoul. It reinterprets gomtang, a traditional Korean dish, in the form of modern Korean dining, suggesting a new flow of meals within familiar food. The chef in charge of Goum comes from the Michelin 2-star restaurant, Jungsik, and has accumulated over ten years of diverse dining experiences based on Korean cuisine. Drawing on this experience, he elegantly presents the essence of gomtang, a traditional Korean dish, in a modern Korean dining context. The cuisine at Goum is based on a cooking philosophy that captures the essence of ingredients and the depth of time. From the clear and light chotang to the deep and rich habtang, the texture of the broth changes with time and is expressed through various course dishes, adding the composition and flow of dining on top of the basics of Korean cuisine to create a complete dining experience.
