Songihyang Hanjeongsik

Songihyang Hanjeongsik is a Korean restaurant offering tranquil views of Cheonggyesan Mountain and Baegun Lake. Their signature dish, the borigulbi jeongsik (barley-aged dried yellow croaker set menu), features barley-aged yellow croaker dried in the sea breeze of Yeonggwang, soaked in rice water to remove excess salt, and steamed with pine needles. This main dish is accompanied by seven other dishes, with the rice cooked in a cast-iron pot highlighting the meal’s flavors. Additionally, the deodeokgui jeongsik (grilled deodeok set menu) and jjukkumi jeongsik (spicy stir-fried webfoot octopus set menu) are also highly recommended.
