Its signature dish, braised cutlassfish, is made with fresh cutlassfish delivered daily from Seongsanpo Port. The whole cutlassfish braise dish serves one whole cutlassfish, along with octopus, abalone, and horned turban shell for a hearty and satisfying meal.
