Gangchon Railway Trip on Foot!

Rail bikes now travel along the tracks where trains no longer run. It is a mode of transportation powered solely by two feet. Although the course takes over an hour and could be tiring, visitors are all smiles, cheering with delight and busy taking photos on their phones. The flowers in full bloom along the tracks seem to announce the arrival of spring, and the gentle spring breeze tickling the cheeks does the same. There is no better place to enjoy the spring scenery of Chuncheon.

   Born in Sille Village, Kim You-jeong grew up and lived in Seoul before returning to his hometown in 1931 at the age of 23.
