   This is the former residence of Chusa Kim Jeong-hui (1786–1856), a prominent Silhak (Practical Learning) scholar and calligrapher of the late Joseon Dynasty. The entire complex is laid out along an east-west axis. The anchae (inner quarters) is situated on the west, while the sarangchae (men's quarters) stands separately on the lower eastern side. The sarangchae, an L-shaped structure facing south, served as the master's living space and a place to welcome guests.
