   Located on Sejong-daero where Cheonggyecheon Stream begins, Cheonggye Plaza spans an area of 160m in length, 50m in width, and a total area of 2,106 pyeong between the front of Dong-a Ilbo, the starting point of the Cheonggyecheon restoration, and Sindap Railway Bridge. It is decorated with fountains, waterfalls, a Cheonggyecheon miniature, walking trails, and exploration paths, serving as a meaningful place that commemorates the restoration of Cheonggyecheon and aspires to encounter, harmony, peace, and reunification. Within this area, a 741-pyeong plaza was built at the center of the restoration starting point, reflecting an elegant traditional aesthetic through colorful stone paving inspired by the design of traditional Korean bojagi (wrapping cloth).
