   Gyeryongsan Pottery Village is a community spanning about 16,500 square meters, formed by 18 young ceramic artists in their 30s and early 40s who majored in ceramics at university and pooled their passion and strength. Since settling here in 1993, they have steadily created artwork and operated pottery camps, gradually establishing the village as a renowned spot on Gyeryongsan Mountain. The artists at Gyeryongsan Pottery Village are dedicated to the transmission and restoration of Buncheong Ware with Iron-painted Designs, a representative cultural heritage of the region. Serving as a living educational ground for children, the village leads the way in educational programs that instill spiritual culture and local pride in growing youth, as well as promoting ceramic art culture through cultural activities for companies and organizations.
