   Perched on a cliff overlooking the Osipcheon Stream, Jukseoru Pavilion (Treasure No. 213) is one of Korea's quintessential pavilions. It was rebuilt on the old site in 1403 (the 3rd year of King Taejong of the Joseon Dynasty) by Kim Hyo-son, the magistrate of Samcheok, and has undergone dozens of repairs, dancheong repainting, and expansions up to the present day.
