When it comes to cherry blossom viewing, Jinhae is undeniably at the top. Every year in March and April, the entire city is covered in cherry blossoms. The best spots to appreciate cherry blossoms in downtown Jinhae include Yeojwacheon Stream, Jinhae Inland Water Environment Ecology Park, Jangboksan Sculpture Park, Anmin-doro Road, Gyeonghwa Station, Jehwangsan Park, and the Naval Academy. Yeojwacheon is a narrow stream neatly lined with wooden boardwalks on both sides for easy walking and dotted with several bridges. It became even more famous after being selected by CNN as one of the 50 beautiful places to visit in South Korea.

   Yeojwacheon Stream, widely known as a top cherry blossom attraction in Jinhae, is home to the bridge where the two lead actors (Gwan-woo and Chae-won) first met while visiting the Jinhae Gunhangje Festival in the MBC drama [Romance]. Right after the broadcast, it was dubbed the [Romance Bridge] and quickly emerged as a major tourist attraction.    Jangboksan Sculpture Park

   Jangboksan Park is situated at the end of Jangbok-ro between Masan and Jinhae, serving as the gateway to Jinhae. It offers an unobstructed view encompassing the city streets as well as the calm sea of Jinhaeman Bay. The park was developed in 1979 alongside restoration efforts following a landslide. There is a 1.5 km walking trail leading from the entrance of Jinhae Girls' High School to the park, and a 1 km walking trail from the Jangboksan Rest Area to the Guma-jin Tunnel, with Buddhist temples such as Daegwangsa and Jinheungsa scattered around the park. In spring, the dense pine forest and more than 10,000 cherry trees harmonize to create an otherworldly landscape.    Jehwangsan Park
