Hwangdo Island is located along the coast of Cheonsuman Bay in the northeastern part of Anmyeondo Island. Though an island, it is connected to Anmyeondo by a bridge and serves as a premier spot to view the sunrise over Cheonsuman Bay. Dense sea fog often rolls into Cheonsuman Bay, which reaches deep between Anmyeondo, Hongseong, and Boryeong.    Anmyeonam Temple (Taean)

   Anmyeonam Temple is a branch temple of Geumsansa Temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. Although the temple does not boast a long history, it is an essential stop for most travelers visiting Taean. The reason becomes clear upon seeing the ocean view sprawling before the temple: a floating pontoon bridge connects Anmyeonam Temple to Yeouseom Island, allowing visitors to walk across the sea to the island. Many travelers visit Anmyeonam just to experience this bridge. Walking along the wooden planks laid over buoys offers a thrilling, swaying journey to Yeouseom Island. When the tide goes out, while the thrill of crossing the floating bridge is diminished, visitors can enjoy the fun of observing various creatures inhabiting the tidal flats.    Kkotji Coastal Park

   Kkotji Coastal Park is a theme park established at Kkotji Beach, the largest beach on Anmyeondo Island known for its Halmibawi and Harabibawi Rocks where the sunset is especially famous. Originally built for the 2002 Anmyeondo International Flower Exhibition, it was redeveloped into a coastal park after the expo and is decorated with beautiful seasonal flowers across several themed gardens. Spanning an area of approximately 60,000 pyeong (about 198,000 m²), it operates four-season flower gardens allowing visitors to appreciate the park throughout spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The park features a spacious parking lot of about 10,000 pyeong, recreational facilities such as picnic sites, campfire grounds, benches, flat wooden resting platforms, pergolas, and shelters, as well as sports facilities including basketball, mini-soccer, volleyball, foot-volleyball, and beach volleyball courts.    Anmyeondo Natural Recreation Forest

   Anmyeondo Natural Recreation Forest is Korea's only pure pine forest, where around 100-year-old native Anmyeon pine trees grow densely and vigorously across 430 hectares. Since the Goryeo Dynasty, these trees were mainly used to construct palace structures and ships; however, when unauthorized logging worsened, the royal court began placing them under special management, and the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Government has managed them since 1965.
