   Haposeowon Confucian Academy

   Designated as Chungcheongnam-do Cultural Heritage Material No. 41 on May 17, 1984, its designation was revoked in 2012 before being designated as Cultural Heritage Material No. 2 on December 31 of the same year. In 1716 (the 42nd year of King Sukjong's reign), An Gyeong-sin, An Gyeong-in, and An Gyeong-jeong enshrined the portrait of An Hyang (1243–1306), a scholar from the Goryeo period, and held memorial rituals every year on the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month and the 9th day of the 9th lunar month, until the academy was demolished following King Gojong's decree to abolish seowon. Later, descendants built Haphosa Shrine to conduct memorial services in spring and autumn, and in 1949, they re-established Haposeowon Confucian Academy with the consent of 218 Hyanggyo (local Confucian schools) nationwide.
