   Cheongnyangsa Temple (Bonghwa)

   청량사(봉화)

   Located within Cheongnyangsan Provincial Park, Cheongnyangsa Temple was founded in 663 (the 3rd year of King Munmu of Silla) by Great Master Wonhyo. Its main hall, Cheongnyangsa Yuribojeon Hall, is preserved as Tangible Cultural Heritage No. 47. In geomancy, Cheongnyangsa is regarded as an exceptionally auspicious site; twelve peaks surround the temple like lotus petals, with the temple situated at the stamen. Cheongnyangsa Temple preserves two rare treasures: the Yuribojeon (琉璃寶殿) signboard written in King Gongmin's own calligraphy and a paper Buddha statue.    Andong Toegye Trail (Yeodeon-gil)

   안동 퇴계 오솔길 (녀던길)

   Originally known as 'Toegye Yeodeon-gil', the Toegye Trail was frequently visited by Toegye Yi Hwang (1501–1570), a prominent scholar of the mid-Joseon period. After passing the civil service examination in 1534 and holding various government posts, Toegye returned to his hometown of Andong at the age of 59 (1560) to build Dosan Seodang, where he devoted himself to academia and nurturing future scholars. During this time, Toegye often visited neighboring Cheongnyangsan Mountain in Bonghwa; this path along the Nakdonggang River connecting Dosan Seodang and Cheongnyangsan came to be called 'Toegye Yeodeon-gil', meaning the old path walked by Toegye.    Dosan Seowon Confucian Academy (Andong)

   Dosan Seowon is a seowon (Confucian academy) established in 1574 (the 7th year of King Seonjo) to honor and commemorate the scholarship and virtue of Toegye Yi Hwang (1501–1570). It is located in Togye-ri, Dosan-myeon, Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Toegye Yi Hwang, a great Neo-Confucian scholar of the mid-Joseon period, personally built Dosan Seodang and Nongunjeongsa in 1561 (the 16th year of King Myeongjong).
