   Seongho Park

   This is a resort area in Joryeong-ri, Dong-i-myeon, Okcheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. It is a rest stop along the Geumgang River, set between the Okcheon and Yeongdong interchanges of the Gyeongbu Expressway, which opened in 1970. The dam, built by damming a rugged mountain valley, offers beautiful scenery and clean air, drawing summer vacationers and tourists.    Nojeokbong Park (Waterfall)

   Nojeokbong Park sits atop Nojeokbong, the highest peak of Gasami Mountain in Seongpo-dong, Ansan. At 155 meters above sea level, it is regarded as the Blue Dragon (cheongnyong) of Ansan in traditional geomancy. This ridge is a branch descending from Surisan, corresponding to the tail of the Blue Dragon in the local gazetteer of Ansan; the mountain was named 'Nojeokbong' because its shape resembles a stacked haystack (nojeokgari). Climbing Nojeokbong offers a sweeping view of the West Sea coastline, with the coast and sea changing look with each season, and the sunset seen from Byeolmang in particular is a sight of the utmost beauty. \nMoreLess
