   Enter Gwangsiso-gil in Gwangsi-myeon, Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and you'll find hanwoo (Korean beef) restaurants lined up one after another. About 30 restaurants stand along a 300m stretch of road, most doubling as both a restaurant and a butcher shop. This is Gwangsi Hanwoo Street, located 7km south of Daeheung Slow City Village. The restaurants began appearing one by one some 30 years ago, and now people come from all over the country. Because the meat is butchered on site or sourced from nearby hanwoo cows, the quality is reliably good and fresh.
